OnStage Local in Ottawa 2016

What an amazing whirlwind weekend I had in Ottawa with a few hundred of my stamper friends!  I was so grateful to go to OnStage Local (aka the regional Stampin' Up! conference) for so many reasons:
1. The hubby came with me!
2. My mother in law was in town and watched the kiddies! 
3. A few hundred people in one room happy to talk about stamps for 10 hours! 


As always, Stampin' Up! spoils their demonstrators.  This year they tried to make it even more special, they really do value us!  

I came home with around a couple hundred dollars worth of products, can you believe it??  Check out the super cute notebook we all got.  The hot air balloon you might see again soon!  

As a bonus treat, I got to go with one of my team members!  As a bonus, bonus, I got to walk across the stage celebrating my 5 year anniversary!

Five Wonderful Years!

This summer I celebrated my 5th year as a Stampin' Up! demonstrator!  They say time flies when you are having fun and I have to agree.  

Want to know why I joined 5 summer's ago?  Peer pressure!  HAHAHAHA!  I admit it!  A regional conference was coming to my hometown and my friends who had joined Stampin' Up! were going and I didn't want to miss out on the fun!  Well, well, five years later and it has become a lot more to me than just a way to get a discount on my crafting supplies!

Here's to another five wonderful years!  I can't wait to see what my Stampin' Up! career has in store for me!

Holiday Pre-Order Sneak with Happy Winter!

I know! I know!  It's barely August and we are in the middle of a beautiful summer...but Stampin' Up! demonstrators everywhere are going Christmas and Holiday stamp crazy!  Since one of the best perks of being a demonstrator is the pre-order from the new catalogue we all take serious advantage!

A Big Move!

Change has been coming to my family for quite a few months!  We have made a huge move across Canada and we are now living in Toronto!  Although we miss our friends and family immensely, we are loving everything that the big city offers!  Our new place is super close to the lake and is so walkable!  Love it!


I've also made the decision to pursue my Stampin' Up! career full-time!  I loved my job in Edmonton so much but this was definitely the right decision for this part of my life.  Can't wait to see where it will take me!

Stampin' Up Convention 2013!

Stampin' Up! Convention has finally arrived!  I have anxiously been awaiting it for...the past year, LOL.  My flight from Edmonton to Salt Lake City was filled with Stampin' Up! demonstrators.  Then I spent a lovely day with our group doing some shopping, eating, and walking.  The weather here is HOT and it feels like a real vacation!  


Tomorrow marks the first official day of convention!  We are going to tour the Stampin' Up! headquarters and distribution center and have our opening session.  Last year when they opened the doors to the opening session it was magical.  My hope is to be able to do a quick video of the entrance!  Cross your fingers and wish me luck!
